Please join us in welcoming our speaker Todd Gloria Council member for the City of San Diego District 3.
Todd Gloria has served City of San Diego’s Third Council District since December 2008. He was selected by the City Council as its President in 2013-14 and served as Interim Mayor during that time. He has successfully championed increased infrastructure investment, a permanent year-round homeless service center, and is a leading advocate for transportation options. As Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee since 2011, Councilmember Gloria oversaw the development and approval of budgets that stabilized the City’s finances after years of cuts, and restored critical services like library hours.
