Tomorrow, Sunday, November 5th, we are co-sponsoring a Get Out the Vote Rally for Monica Montgomery Steppe! Election Day is Tuesday, November 7th and this is our last chance to get ballots returned for Monica.

This is our last chance and we must keep this seat! Republican’s on the County Board recently blocked much needed gun safety measures. That is just one of many policies that will go up in flames if we don’t keep our Democratic majority on the San Diego County Board of Supervisors.

This year, the Southern Border of the United States is seeing a severe influx in migrants looking to seek refuge in the United States. The sheer number of people and the lack of resources are creating a humanitarian crisis. At our November club meeting, we will be discussing this crisis with activists on the ground who are involved with the humanitarian work at the border.

The City of Lemon Grove hosts a monthly food distribution along with several partnering organizations.
