| On September 9th, the Spring Valley Lemon Grove Democratic club, in partnership with the Democratic Education Alliance, the East Chapter of the Progressive Democratic Club, and the East Chapter of the Veterans Democratic Club, hosted a panel discussion on the “The Lemon Grove Incident” and its historical significance.

| During the meeting, the club also adopted a resolution to teach “The Lemon Grove Incident” in schools. There is still much work to be done, but you can read the adopted resolution below. |

| In addition, we also started a petition on Action Network. We hope to present the resolution, the petition, and curriculum to the County Office of Education.
