This month there is no club meeting. Join us for a Community PRIDE Ride instead!

Sunday, July 18th, we are hosting a PRIDE Caravan from the Lemon Grove Rec Center to the PRIDE Family Gathering in Spring Valley.

We will meet at the Lemon Grove Rec Center at 10:30 and decorate our vehicles.

At 11:00AM we will begin our caravan to the PRIDE Family Gathering at San Diego Youth Services in Spring Valley. Route information still to come.

The PRIDE Family Gathering will have fun activities for the whole family.

Clowns, Face Painting, Drag Queen Story Time, Arts & Crafts, Yard Games, Dance Party with SD Civic Arts Dance Theater, and an appearance by a San Diego Loyals pro soccer team.

Did you miss our last meeting?

Our June meeting was dedicated to our LGBTQ+ community. If you missed it, here are some of the resources provided.

Decision Day is dedicated to fighting discrimination against LGBTQ+ individuals in our public institutions. It started with Fulton v. Philadelphia which could allow private groups that receive taxpayer-funding for services — such as foster care, adoption, food banks, homeless shelters, and more — to deny those services to people such as LGBTQ+, single women, Jewish, Muslim, or Mormon people.

We heard from Angelle Maua (She/They/Elle), Founder of thegpcollective.

We also heard from Martin Campos (They/Them) of info.

Our Board Member, Tiffany Gonzalez (She/Her), works with admin.
